TECHNATION’s Ontario Board of Directors represent the interest of TECHNATION’s large and small Ontario based members. The Ontario Board meets three times a year to provide input and direction to TECHNATION staff; to discuss Ontario focused priorities; and to promote engagement and enhance value for our members.

Anna is a Partner in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice, leading Tech Advisory and Digital Strategy for Public Sector across Canada. Anna has been providing advisory services to healthcare and public sector organizations for over 20 years, mainly focused digital solutions, managed services, and cloud to organizations such as the Ontario Provincial Government. Anna joined KPMG in Canada in 2021.
Anna leads KPMG’s digital transformation and technology advisory services for government entities which involve technical solutions, cloud, agile delivery, and managed services and back office transformations. She has completed a variety of advisory engagements including establishing strategic roadmaps, outsourced service delivery models, data centre transformation and optimization and cloud managed services. These have included large government entities, including Federal departments, Provincial Governments, and various municipal organizations.
Anna’s key strengths include supporting clients achieve efficiencies through cost optimization and transformation leveraging digital solutions, including intelligent automation, cloud, and innovative technologies (including Digital Identity, AI, ML and blockchain).

John Bauer is a Director in PwC’s Ontario Public Sector Practice with over 15 years of project and program management experience, including a number of large-scale public sector change initiatives and technology projects. John helps public sector organizations create new service delivery models, establish new digital service channels, and modernize their operations to deliver services with a customer-centric view.
John is passionate about working with his clients to transform public services, enable digital government, and lead transformational initiatives. Before John began consulting to government in 2007, he spent 5 years in the Ontario Public Service, working on some of the earliest Ontario Government electronic service delivery initiatives. During his time within the OPS, he was also part of the team that developed the OPS’s Integrated Project Management Framework and Methodology, along with a series of related training courses and materials.
John is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) from the Schulich School of Business.

Lisa Canham serves as Director, IBM Public Sector -Ontario , responsible for business development, sales strategy and execution across all levels of gov’t, including heath care, social services, public safety, transportation, and education in the province. This is a highly matrixed role requiring strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of industry challenges and the technology needed to solve them.
Prior to this role, Lisa has held numerous national leadership positions responsible for a variety of software portfolios, customer and ecosystem segments including, most recently, IBM Public Cloud which included country oversight of the construction of IBM’s first Multi-Zone Region in Canada.
With over 25 years of sales experience, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning multiple industries and IBM businesses.
Lisa is a native of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Arts from L’Universite Laval. She is an active volunteer in her community. Lisa lives with her husband, Andy, and 2 children in Toronto, Ontario.

Greg is a 25 veteran of the Canadian and Global Information Technology industry with and his past experience includes companies such as Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, and Autodesk as well as three successful Canadian technology startups Alias Systems, PlateSpin and Nymity.
Greg resides in Toronto with his wife Maureen and 3 children and is an active member of the community through coaching and volunteer work. He holds a BASc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Chris Issa is a Senior Sales Manager at Compugen responsible for sales and partnership strategy in the Ontario Government, its agencies, and municipalities. With over 20 years of experience at Compugen, Chris has held several key positions in Operations and Sales, as well as serving as an Account Executive where he was responsible for driving growth, value creation, and the customer experience for large-scale, public-sector organizations.
Chris is passionate about helping customers realize new possibilities through technology and is driven by initiatives that enable government organizations to deliver citizen-focused services that are accessible to all. He holds a strong belief that culture plays a crucial role in organizational success, and that collaboration, curiosity, and purpose can create meaningful outcomes.
Chris lives in the Greater Toronto Area with his wife, Rita, and two children.

Todd Michael Lane joined Lenovo in 2023 as the Manager for Government Relations, responsible for Canada. With more than a decade in experience working with senior elected officials in Canada, Todd recently served as the Director of Communications to Canada’s Minister of National Defence, and as the Director of Communications to the Minister of International Development.
He has extensive experience working with journalists in Ottawa, Toronto and around the world, including the BBC, Reuters, CNN, MSNBC, and other major media outlets.
Todd also served as Senior Advisor for Intergovernmental Affairs to Premier of Ontario. He has worked in numerous markets overseas including Japan, South Korea, Mexico, the United States, India and the Middle East to promote investment opportunities in Ontario.
Todd received a master’s degree from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from Carleton University.

Darcy is the Western Canada Regional Sales Manager for Oracle – leading the Government, Education, & Healthcare Cloud Platform Team. He works closely with clients in Ontario through to British Columbia with their digital transformation journeys.

Parag is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting in Canada and has worked with Deloitte for over 30 years. He brings with him a global exposure having worked across the Asia-Pacific region based in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Mumbai. In Canada, he is focused on growing Deloitte’s technology footprint at the Government of Ontario.
In the past year, he has helped ministries and agencies in establishing their IT Strategies, developing digital/technology roadmaps and defining key technology ‘signature’ projects for modernizing legacy technology environments. He also been asked to review large scale project portfolios to identify key risk and validate project timelines.
Prior to moving back to Canada, he led the growth of Deloitte’s off-shore IT consulting services organization from a few hundred to approximately 10K professionals from 2005 to 2014. His focus on leadership development, service delivery quality, global operating models and overall industrialization of digital delivery services has laid the foundation for Deloitte’s Indian based centers to becoming the de-facto delivery engine for Deloitte globally.
The industrialization of the offshore development capability involved developing and executing plans for establishing these centers as the first CMMi L5 certified delivery centers globally within Deloitte. This required stringent focus on project development methodologies, estimation frameworks and data-focused approach to reviewing and refining project timeline estimates.

After serving in the Ontario Public Sector, she is focusing on delivering digital transformation services through management consulting, technical solutions, cloud, AI, agile delivery, and managed services. The goal is to facilitate public sector modernization, and more broadly; transforming the delivery of services to citizens, businesses and visitors to Ontario.
Kellie brings a strong leadership skill set to CGI after serving 25 years in technology and 15 in public service. She led large scale mission-critical projects in public safety communications networks, data centre transformation and optimization, and development of business and citizen-centric digital online services.
Kellie also led the development and implementation of strategic roadmaps, business process improvement, and operational and service delivery models across multiple sectors.

As Senior Strategy & Public Affairs Director for Canada at D2L, Mike leads the company’s strategy, advocacy and industry partnership work across the country. Mike’s experience includes over 15 years experience working in the Ontario government, in both public service and political roles, including serving as the Director of Communications to a former Minister of Education. Mike also spent just over two years at a leading Toronto-based government relations firm, providing strategic advice and counsel to clients on how to effectively engage government. Mike has been at D2L since July 2020.

A telecommunications industry leader – it is Bud Vasudeva’s combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and sales experience that has led him to his current role as Sr. Director Enterprise Sales at TELUS. He supports a direct B2B Enterprise sales team on leading digital transformation engagements across the public sector including the Government of Ontario and the Healthcare vertical.
With more than 20+ years in the telecommunications industry, Bud has leveraged his B2B, sales and engineering background to lead business development strategy and establish long-term strategic relationships with Canadian, US and International clients. Bud is an expert on the Canadian telecommunications industry and is well known for helping his customers navigate the regulatory environment and evolving industry dynamics to excel their businesses.
Bud holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario. He lives in Toronto and is a proud supporter of the TELUS Day of Giving and the SickKids Foundation.

Jody Zedor is a Major Accounts Manager with Fortinet who has over 20 years of experience of solution sales in the IT Industry. Jody has held various sales leadership roles throughout his career at GE Capital, Compaq and HP. Throughout his career he has extensive involvement with Channel Sales, Enterprise, Midmarket and Public Sector customers in Canada.
Jody’s experience includes over 11 years’ experience working with the Ontario government where he has been involved in the development and implementation of several business projects to help drive business transformations. Throughout this time Jody has developed experience in working across many departments, Ministries, Crown Corporations and Agencies in the OPS.
