Step 1: Create a profile that helps students learn about your organization

A detailed introduction can go a long way to learn everything about you and your business and more importantly to attract emerging talent. If hiring the student depends on a Career Ready wage subsidy, include a link to the program homepage to students can assess their eligibility.

Step 2: Seek your talent match – tell us whom you want to hire

Spill the beans! Create a job posting defining:

  • Schools or regions in your recruitment target area
  • What the student needs to know about the role – location, hours, job responsibilities, salary, qualifications, skills, etc.

Step 3: Receive real-time updates in your personalized dashboard

Once your job posting is reviewed and approved, it is distributed to your targeted schools.  Check up on the dashboard to see how your postings are performing in terms of views, clicks throughs, and resumes/applications received.

Step 4: Conduct interviews and hire your talent match

  • Review the profiles and resumes of the students who have applied for your position(s)
  • Interview, evaluate and finalize the student(s) you would like to onboard
  • Apply for a Career Ready wage subsidy!
