Women in Leadership in the Public Sector

More and more talented Canadian women are taking on challenging leadership positions in the public sector. Research has shown that female leaders in government have had a significant impact on influencing policies and funding designed to support diversity, equity and inclusion. Join us for this special event as we showcase some top female leaders who are making a difference in their public sector roles. We will get up close and personal with these leaders on their personal experiences and career pathways but also learn about specific strategies, programs and best practices designed to promote female advancement and inspire the next generation of female and BIPOC leaders in government.

We will also hear how these leaders may be leveraging technology for digital transformation as well as to attract and retain top talent in the public sector.
