In July 2021, the Ontario government created an Associate Ministry of Digital Government, which further signalled their focus on modernization.

How Government Can Help?

Ontario has pledged to make digital services more accessible, and the COVID-19 experience highlighted the need to do so. Citizen expectations have increased, and governments across North America have had to accelerate and adapt to the digital demand.
