TECHNATION Health is pleased to host Ontario’s Ministry of Health. They are refreshing their Digital First for Health strategy as it emerges from the pandemic with lessons learned and a renewed focus on the rapidly changing landscape of healthcare.

The development of this refreshed health data and digital strategy aims to address the need for an integrated provincial data and digital service and to support the ongoing transformation and integration of Ontario’s health care system.

As key health system stakeholders, they are seeking initial feedback and comments from the vendor community on the current draft strategy and will use these to inform further development and iteration.

Guest Speaker:

Evan Mills

Director, Digital Health Program Branch, Digital and Analytics Strategy Division Ontario’s Ministry of Health

In this capacity, Evan is responsible for strategy, policy and investment management in digital health at a provincial level. Evan has 10 years of experience working in a variety of different roles at the ministry, all with a focus on digital health and virtual care. Prior to working at the ministry, Evan held positions in academia and completed a PhD in biomedical engineering.
