  • Dafna Carr will lead off the briefing with a ServiceOntario Future Forward presentation: As the front door to government, ServiceOntario will make it easier than ever for Ontarians and businesses to navigate government so they can access the services they need – when and where they want to. Working across the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and in collaboration with our ministry and service delivery partners, we are on a journey to improve customers’ experiences – while making government simpler, faster and better for customers, employees and partners.
  • Nelson Loureiro will expand on ServiceOntario’s service delivery approach to maintaining community presence and identifying innovative service delivery models (this will include our recent retail partnerships and evolution of our contact centre services).
  • Joanne Anderson will offer an overview with respect to customers’ increased expectations to access government services online from the comfort of their home, and from a digital device of their choosing.
  • Finally, Beverley Thomas-Barnes will showcase how ServiceOntario is creating an integrated digital eco-system of business services and supports that enables innovation and growth for Ontario’s businesses.
