A seasoned telecommunications executive, Lloyd has over 30 years of experience across the industry with equipment manufacturers, service providers and strategy consulting companies, including Nortel Networks, Deloitte, Strategos and two technology start-ups.
Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and resides in Toronto. Lloyd puts his passion for his city, region and country into action and is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto Region Board of Trade and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council and is co-executive sponsor for TELUS’ LGBTQ resource group in Ontario.

Jeremy is responsible for formulating and supporting alignment on company-level strategy within D2L (formerly Desire2Learn). Jeremy also provides executive leadership and management of corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, government relations & public affairs, corporate communications, business development, strategic management, and intellectual property strategy.
Jeremy joined the D2L team when the company was founded, and over the last 15+ years has served as the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Technology Officer, and continues to take a leadership role in driving the organization’s success within its key industries as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining D2L, Jeremy came from a strong technical and business background, worked with numerous companies throughout North America, and has been actively involved in starting and running transformative technology companies for over twenty years.

Prior to his current role, Mike was the President of HPE Canada. Prior to HPE, Mike has extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and senior leader, working with teams in Business Operations, Sales, Marketing and Technical Services. Mike has co-founded or led numerous tech start-ups, all with successful exits, including the 2018 sale of Genesis Robotics to Koch Industries. Most recently, Mike spent 12 years with Microsoft, over two tours, leading Enterprise Sales, Partner Sales, Dynamics Business Applications and SMB in various roles.

Effective March, 2020, Claudia was appointed as the Quality & Risk Lead for Accenture Canada. With more than 30 years of Consulting experience, Claudia is responsible for driving quality programs across all businesses and industries in Canada, while also monitoring and managing the risk profile of the overall Canadian business. Claudia brings her experiences from leading some of Accenture’s most complex engagements in Canada, working with clients in the transportation and logistics industry, financial services, and public services to this new role. Claudia is a member of Accenture’s Canadian Executive Committee.
Claudia lead Accenture’s Health and Public Service business across Canada for the past nine years. In this position, she was accountable for Accenture’s go-to-market strategy within the health and public service industry along with the top-line and bottom-line results. At the same time, Claudia was also the Managing Director, Inclusion & Diversity in Canada for 10 years. In this role she worked tirelessly to promote an inclusive and diverse workplace, to set
strategy, national goals, and to define the program activities needed to achieve Accenture’s corporate objective to be Canada’s most diverse and inclusive employer.
Claudia is actively involved outside of Accenture in the industry as a member of the TECHNATION Executive Committee and an alumni of the C.D. Howe Institute, Human Capital Policy Council. Within her local community, Claudia is a member of the Executive Committee for Women United, Ottawa.
Claudia was recognized as a 2016 WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner, an honour celebrating fearless female leaders whose efforts to succeed continue to inspire others. Angela joined TECHNATION with over 25+ years of exceptional global and Canadian experience in the Technology sector driving transformational programs. A visionary executive with a passion for leadership, Angela’s unique career path includes 10 years as a military officer specializing in global supply chain and logistics followed by 18 years in senior-level leadership roles in Technology and Defence sectors. Her diverse leadership includes senior marketing director with BlackBerry, and global program director with Mergers & Acquisitions with Nortel Networks, where her team was responsible for delivering technology to over 127 countries. Angela’s career has taken her through leading and launching teams and technology across a number of continents, and dozens of countries.
Angela brings collaboration, energy and innovation to all of her roles. As founder of the public-private sector leadership forums “Strategic Knowledge Exchange” aimed at driving change on a national scale, her experience in developing strategic partnerships across national organizations and around the world, will help drive TECHNATION’s vision to influence Canada’s position as a global tech leader into the future.
Beyond her corporate and military experience, Angela was appointed as the IT & Supply Chain Leader on the Ontario Government COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Task Force in December 2020 which oversees the delivery, storage and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine. She is also a board member of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) as the Regional Vice Chairman for North America and Chair of WITSA’s Global Policy Action Committee (GPAC), with a particular responsibility to ascertain and promote important issues affecting the global use of ICT as it relates to government policies.
