Bio:
Jimmy Yang is Accenture’s Canadian Health Industry Leader and National Health Practice Co-Lead. Throughout Jimmy’s career, he has worked extensively in the health care and life sciences sectors – with hospitals, government, agencies, primary/seniors/rural care, clinical research organizations and pharmaceutical companies. He’s led and advised in the domains of corporate strategy, consumer health, clinical and health system planning, and new models of delivery. He’s empowered to collaborate with leaders focused on improvement and transformation, through business and clinical process innovation, and enabled and powered by analytics, AI, and technology.
Jimmy co-founded and serves as Vice Chair of Red Maple Trials Inc., an Ottawa-based clinical research organization (CRO). It works with global biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions and research centres of excellence to help support phases I through IV research programs in allergy, asthma, rare disease and immunology.
Additionally, Jimmy is an Adjunct Professor and member of faculty in the Health Industry Management Program at York University’s Schulich School of Business.
