NIHI 2-Session Course: Retention Strategies to Address the Health Human Resource (HHR) Crisis

The human resource shortage in healthcare is a very critical problem. COVID has only made this problem worse with mass burn-out and resignations occurring and are resulting in high cost of replacement and more stress on those left behind. This 2-session course will discuss the need retain staff and to invest in ‘people strategies’ that improve the employee experience, enhance culture, and create healthy environments for healthcare workers to work and build careers. The course will present three practical solutions that can be employed immediately. The two sessions will be held on March 15 and 17 from 12 to 1 pm ET.
