Anthony (Tony) Pierce

A seasoned cybersecurity strategist, solutions architect, and cyber security evangelist. With over 20 years of experience, Tony specializes in Managed Security Services (MSS), vulnerability detection, incident response, and threat intelligence. He is highly skilled in leading teams of analysts and investigators to protect organizations against internal and external cyber threats.

His career spans significant leadership roles, including being the North America SIEM Lead Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (EY), where he focused on cybersecurity transformation, risk management, and security infrastructure for global deployment programs, particularly in the government and defense sectors. Tony’s deep technical expertise includes tools like Splunk, AlienVault, Cisco, and RedSeal, among others.

Before joining Splunk, Tony served in various capacities such as a Cyber Defense Architect at RedSeal and a Lead Cyber Investigator at Cisco, providing in-depth investigations into security breaches and vulnerability assessments. His military background as a retired Special Operator from JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) brings extensive experience in anti-terrorism operations, internal and external threat mitigation, and network security. Tony is known for his meticulous attention to detail and passion for cybersecurity, often sharing his knowledge through industry talks and mentorship programs.

Kimberly Osmond

With over 15 years of expertise in cybersecurity and intelligence. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing robust security strategies to protect public and private entities against evolving digital threats. Her specialties include Cyber Threat Intelligence, Security Strategy Development, Risk Assessment, Regulatory Compliance, and Vulnerability Management. Kimberly has extensive experience with a wide range of security tools, both defensive and offensive, which she leverages to safeguard sensitive information.

Prior to her role at Splunk, Kimberly worked as a security researcher at Trellix. She served as a senior cybersecurity advisor at the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security, where she contributed to national cybersecurity efforts.
