We have partnered with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce on the Discover Ability Network initiative – a social initiative that aims to improve the inclusion of people with disabilities in Ontario’s workplaces as well as support businesses in developing their workforce across the province while maintaining their responsibilities under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Employers can use the information and resources from Discover Ability Network to connect with the right type of talent they need for their organizations and create experiential and learning employment opportunities. Discover Ability Network also offers training to employers that will help their organizations in Ontario develop an accessibility plan. This includes online resources and training around the importance of persons with disabilities and toolkits to help you host community engagement events.
