TECHNATION’s PRISM Program

PRISM removes barriers to Work-Integrated Learning by connecting neurodiverse students with inclusive tech employers, supported by tailored accommodations, wage subsidies, and guidance.

Despite strong skills and potential, many neurodivergent students face systemic barriers to employment. PRISM provides paid, real-world experience for students while helping employers access a highly capable, underrepresented talent pool.

Through structured placements and ongoing support, PRISM makes it easier to hire, onboard, and empower neurodiverse talent – creating value for both students and employers.

Why Hire a PRISM Student?

Access specialized talent
Connect with skilled, motivated students ready to contribute to your organization.

Funded work placements
Wage subsidies help reduce the cost of hiring while supporting meaningful student experiences.

Practical inclusion support
Receive guidance on accommodations, workplace practices, and neuro-inclusion strategies.

Stronger teams and innovation
Diverse perspectives drive better problem-solving, creativity, and performance.

Alignment with organizational goals
Advance your diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) or corporate social responsibility (CSR) priorities in a tangible way.
