ADaPT Program - Participant Information
The Advanced Digital and Professional Training (ADaPT) Program is a cost-free ‘train and place’ initiative providing professional skills development with work placement opportunities to help bridge the employment gap for recent graduates.
Cohort Dates: Cohort 1 starts April 27, 2026 / Cohort 2 starts May 25, 2026
Placement Duration: Placement duration can be defined with the employer and participant.

No prior work experience is required. ADaPT is designed specifically for students and recent graduates who are building early‑career skills. The program focuses on developing in‑demand digital, business, and professional competencies – so you can confidently step into your first role, even if you’re just getting started.
ADaPT is delivered online, making it easy to access the training from wherever you are. The virtual format allows participants to join without needing to relocate or commute, which helps ensure that participants from rural, remote, and northern communities have the same opportunity to participate and benefit from the program. Live sessions, interactive modules, and support services are all offered virtually, creating a flexible and inclusive learning experience for everyone.
