Deanna brings with her more than 29 years of leadership experience in public sector digital and technology customer experience.
Deanna is currently the General Manager, Digital, Data, Technology & Customer Experience at the Region of York, where she is responsible for leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver on York Region’s digital and customer transformation strategy. Aligned with the Region’s vision and centered on user needs, the new Digital and Customer Experience branch within Corporate Services oversees digital governance while driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experience initiatives.
In her previous role as Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the City of Toronto, Deanna provided senior leadership for several of the City’s critical transformation initiatives. These included the Employee Customer Experience Transformation, the Financial Systems Transformation Project, and the Data Centre Modernization Project.
