TECHNATION Health is Canada’s national voice for health technology innovation, advocacy and collaboration. We help health tech vendors, consulting firms, scale-ups, and healthcare stakeholders grow and navigate markets through sales intelligence, strategic connections, and policy engagement. By convening industry leaders, policymakers, and health system decision-makers, TECHNATION Health delivers timely insights on key digital health initiatives, fosters collaboration, and keeps members informed on evolving national priorities, standards, and interoperability efforts.
TECHNATION’s committees and working groups play an important role in connecting our members with strategic partner organizations, government officials at all levels and policy makers. Our health committees advance national health policy and procurement to build a more innovative, digitally enabled, connected and patient-centric healthcare system. The Health Advocacy Committee strengthens Canada’s digital health policy environment by ensuring member priorities shape government decisions, promoting investment in health ICT, and representing the sector to key decision makers. Through targeted, strategic advocacy, the Committee advances member interests and supports a more innovative, sustainable, digitally-enabled health system.

The Health Interoperability and Standards Committee (ISC) unites industry leaders to advance healthcare interoperability standards in Canada and champions industry‑informed recommendations that support a more connected, efficient, and patient‑centred healthcare system.

TECHNATION Health’s activities are driven and governed by its Health Board, which consists of industry executives across Canada’s health technology sector. The Health Board also develops the association’s Health Strategic Plan, which outlines our vision and priorities for advancing Canada’s health technology ecosystem.
