Erin O’Halloran is the General Manager and Vice President for Oracle Health Canada, leading the mission to create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified data. Erin oversees the strategic development and delivery of the Oracle Health business in the Canadian market, focusing on innovative strategies to modernize healthcare information and technology for our clients across the country.
Erin leads a diversified and dynamic team that work alongside Canadian public sector organizations who have or will be implementing Oracle Health solutions in their organizations and health systems to improve care decisions, support whole-person care, and promote better experiences for patients, clinicians, and staff with intuitive, intelligent healthcare technology solutions.
Shannon Malovec is a highly skilled health informatics leader, passionate about transforming healthcare through digital technology and experienced in strategic planning, portfolio/program management, and systems implementation. Shannon is Executive Vice President, Provincial Digital Health and Information Services at Provincial Health Services Authority. In her role Shannon supports local and provincial systems and partners with the Ministry of Health to establish, deliver and execute on BC’s provincial digital health strategies.
Prior to PHSA, Shannon served as Principal, Patient Engagement at TELUS Health leading strategy development, product management, delivery management, and operations of TELUS Health’s patient facing solutions. Shannon also worked with a health management consulting company in Canada and in the United States where she was engaged in strategic planning, project management and implementation initiatives.
Shannon serves on the Canada Health Infoway Board and as co-chair of the Federal Provincial Territorial Digital Health Table with Health Canada. She has been recognized a Women Leader in Digital Health through the Canadian Health Informatics Awards by Digital Health Canada.
Michael Tatto is the Chief Digital Innovation Officer (CDIO) leading a team of experts that support digital solutions within the British Columbia health sector. Michael is a visionary leader who believes in a strategic approach and hands-on leadership style to enhance healthcare service delivery and operational efficiencies. He champions dynamic enterprise architecture and strategy teams to ensure transformative outcomes for the healthcare sector.
