Dr. Sarah Reid-Morris leads Deloitte Digital’s national Customer & Digital Strategy practice, spearheading digital transformation through human-centred design and innovation. She specializes in leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies and data-driven insights to support clients to design, deliver, and scale impactful digital products and services that enhance citizen experience. Over the past decade at Deloitte, Sarah has pioneered a leading human-centred design research practice and contributed thought leadership in equity-centred design and inclusive innovation for service delivery transformation. She actively supports women in digital leadership and innovation, championing inclusive approaches that foster diversity and equity in technology. Her thought leadership in digital and design has been featured in publications such as the Harvard Business Review and The Behavioural Scientist.

 

Lisa Carroll

Partner, Deloitte Canada

Lead Client Services Partner – Federal Central Government

Lisa is a Senior Business Executive with over 34 years experience in the Technology Industry in Canada.  Her entire career has been partnering with Public Sector clients across the country to modernize, transform, innovate and adopt technology to meet their Mission of quality and trusted services to citizens and businesses.  As a Partner at Deloitte, Lisa is working and advising on Digital Transformation, Procurement Reform, Cloud and AI adoption, as well as Sovereign and Diversified Technology Supply Chains. 

The depth of her Public Sector experience spans the Federal Government, Provincial Governments, Healthcare, Municipal, Defence, Education. Prior to joining Deloitte, Lisa has been an executive in leading Technology companies, the most recent being:  5 years as the General Manager, Public Sector, at Microsoft Canada; and 15 years with CGI, where her last role was Senior Vice President of the business unit focused on Federal Government and leading Cybersecurity Practice for the country.

Dafna Carr Associate Deputy Minister of ServiceOntario

ServiceOntario provides access to a wide range of government services and information for the people and businesses of Ontario. Dafna is an experienced leader who brings a digital mindset to support the organization’s focus on service excellence and continuous improvement. Over the course of her career she has led large-scale transformation projects enabled by technology and business intelligence that focus on better, faster and sustainable government processes and services.

Prior to joining ServiceOntario, Dafna was the Corporate Chief Information Officer / Associate Deputy Minister for GovTechON. In this role she led a talent pool of more than 4,000 information and information technology specialists, including software developers, operators, integrators and analysts who develop, deploy and operate information technology solutions for the Government of Ontario in the areas of health, education, human services, the environment, the economy, justice and transportation.

Throughout her public sector career, Dafna has held positions at Health Quality Ontario, Cancer Care Ontario, University Health Network and Gamma-Dynacare Laboratories. In these organizations, she led a series of large-scale transformation projects enabled by technology and business intelligence, in areas such as cancer screening and cancer care, access to care, wait times, patient safety, and laboratory operations.
